Join us for a weekend, from December 3rd to 5th 2026, for a discovery of the black diamond. Together with the Jaumard brothers, truffle growers from father to son, unravel its mysteries in a friendly, epicurean ambiance.
Winter in Provence has its secrets. Truffles are one of them.
Starting from the Crillon le Brave hotel, the search for black diamonds is organized quietly, guided by the Jaumard brothers, passionate truffle farmers from father to son.
Here, truffles are not sought after, they are earned.
The walk is slow, punctuated by stories, precise movements, and concentrated silence. When the scent finally reveals itself, it is an entire culture that is expressed: one of patience, transmission, and respect for life.
The experience continues around the table. Tasting with the truffle farmers, discussions, a masterclass with Chef Thomas Lesage followed by dinner—here, truffles are treated with restraint. The product guides the gesture, never the other way around.
