Cooking Class

At Crillon-le-Brave, cooking is not just something to be admired. It is something to be passed on.
For two hours, the doors of Maison Tilleul open to reveal a living, precise expertise that is deeply rooted in the region. Here, we cook as we welcome guests: with attention, curiosity, and generosity. Around the worktop, techniques are exchanged, seasonal produce is discussed, and a three-course menu takes shape, step by step.
Classes are held in small groups to encourage discussion and ensure that techniques are mastered. They take place on Thursday and Saturday evenings, or on Monday at lunchtime. For those who wish, the experience can begin earlier, at the Bédoin market, where you can meet the producers and discover the colors of Ventoux.
The welcome takes place at Maison Tilleul, over a shared drink. A recipe book, designed and illustrated especially for the occasion, prolongs the moment. Then comes the tasting, because the meal is best enjoyed where it was created.
The classes are open to guests of the house as well as outside visitors. In a group or private setting, for a couple, a family, a special moment, you will leave with much more than a recipe: a lasting memory.

Preparation of a 3-course menu
Class times:
Thursdays and Saturdays from 5 p.m.
Mondays from 11 a.m.
If customers wish to visit the Bédoin market, departure will be at 9 a.m., with return at 11 a.m.
Ideally, private classes will take place on Saturdays, but of course, we will not refuse requests outside of the initially scheduled days.

Rates :

€130 per person, excluding drinks
€150 per person, with food & wine pairing
Private class (ideally on Saturdays):
2 people: €490
4 people (e.g., a family): €790
These options include the food & wine/juice pairing.

Welcome & Course details :

Guests are welcomed at Maison Tilleul with a glass of wine (or another beverage).
A recipe book will be provided.
An apron is provided for the class (not included as a gift).
The dinner or lunch will take place at Tilleul, either in the room adjacent to the kitchen or in Thym’s inner courtyard, depending on the weather.

Conditions :

Cancellation policy: 8 days before the class date (after that, 100% of the amount will be charged).
Any dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking.
Cooking classes are open to external guests.
External guests must prepay 100% of the class fee at the time of booking.
