Intellectual Property
The Site as a whole, as well as each of the elements that make it up (notably texts, diagrams, site structures, software, animations, images, photographs, illustrations, videos, graphic or editorial representations, logos, etc.), constitute intellectual creations protected by the French Intellectual Property Code as well as by any other applicable international legislation.
HÔTEL CRILLON LE BRAVE is solely entitled (directly or through licences or authorisations) to use the elements making up the Site, the domain names, trademarks, designs, etc., as well as the images and editorial content reproduced therein.
Any use of all or part of the Site, notably by downloading, reproducing, transmitting, displaying or disseminating it for purposes other than consultation and use of the Site for personal and private, non-commercial purposes by the internet user, is strictly prohibited. Any breach of these provisions exposes the person responsible to the penalties provided for both by the Intellectual Property Code, notably in respect of copyright and trademark infringement, and by the Civil Code in matters of civil liability.
The creation of any hyperlink referring to any of the web pages or elements making up the Site is prohibited unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from HÔTEL CRILLON LE BRAVE, which authorisation may be revoked at any time. Any content, website or other medium containing a hyperlink directing to the Site or to any of the elements making it up is not under the control of HÔTEL CRILLON LE BRAVE, which therefore disclaims all liability (notably editorial liability) regarding access to such sites and their content.
Availability of the Site
HÔTEL CRILLON LE BRAVE endeavours, as far as possible, to keep the Site permanently accessible, but is under no obligation to do so. HÔTEL CRILLON LE BRAVE may therefore interrupt access to the Site, notably for maintenance or update purposes, or for any other reason, whether technical or editorial, without prior notice or advance information to internet users, without HÔTEL CRILLON LE BRAVE being held liable for the consequences of such interruptions, whether towards internet users or any third party.

However, HÔTEL CRILLON LE BRAVE cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision and completeness of the information made available on the Site, and such information does not constitute a guarantee or commitment on the part of HÔTEL CRILLON LE BRAVE towards the internet user. In particular, the latter cannot be held liable for:
