On April 25th, this retreat opens the season like opening a window in the evening. Gently.
Focusing on sleep, Claire Borwin explores the intimate link between diet, the nervous system, and the quality of rest: how what we eat, do, and feel prepares us for sleep or undermines it.
In a cozy atmosphere, discussions alternate with simple and accessible practices: gentle breathing, chronobiology guidelines, soothing culinary workshops, and an introduction to herbal medicine.
The day ends with a walk through the village, as a natural transition to slowing down.
Above all, here we learn how to create the conditions for sleep that comes naturally.
Rates start at €715 and include the night of April 24 as well as breakfast on April 25.
