Christmas Eve Dinner
On December 24th, the magic of Christmas comes to life at La Table du Ventoux. In a warm and festive atmosphere, the Chef celebrates the flavours of winter and the Provençal terroir through a five-course menu specially created for this evening of celebration.
Guests will enjoy butternut squash ravioli with delicate woody notes, Mazan capon subtly infused with truffle, and pear poached in Vin Jaune, served with Bédoin honey ice cream. A delightful gourmet experience to share with loved ones, made even more memorable by a visit from Santa Claus, who will bring wonder and excitement to guests of all ages.
