Holiday Cooking Class

During the festive season, the doors of L’Atelier du Tilleul open onto a living, refined craft, deeply rooted in the local terroir. Here, cooking is approached much like hospitality itself: with care, curiosity and generosity. Gathered around the worktop, techniques are shared, seasonal ingredients tell their story, and recipes inspired by festive family feasts come to life step by step.

Classes are held in small groups, allowing for meaningful exchanges and attention to every gesture. In the gentle atmosphere of a Provençal winter, guests learn how to elevate seasonal produce and prepare dishes designed to be shared around the table.

The experience begins at Maison Tilleul with a welcome drink enjoyed together. Then comes the pleasure of cooking side by side, before sitting down to savour the dishes created during the class. After all, festive meals have a special flavour when shared in the very place where they were born.

Preparation of a 3-course menu

Class times:

Thursdays and Saturdays from 5 p.m.
Mondays from 11 a.m.
If customers wish to visit the Bédoin market, departure will be at 9 a.m., with return at 11 a.m.
Ideally, private classes will take place on Saturdays, but of course, we will not refuse requests outside of the initially scheduled days.

Rates :

€140 per person, excluding drinks
€165 per person, with food & wine pairing
Private class (ideally on Saturdays):
2 people: €490
4 people (e.g., a family): €790
These options include the food & wine/juice pairing.

Welcome & Course details :

Guests are welcomed at Maison Tilleul with a glass of wine (or another beverage).
A recipe book will be provided.
An apron is provided for the class (not included as a gift).
The dinner or lunch will take place at Tilleul, either in the room adjacent to the kitchen or in Thym’s inner courtyard, depending on the weather.

Conditions :

Cancellation policy: 8 days before the class date (after that, 100% of the amount will be charged).
Any dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking.
Cooking classes are open to external guests.
External guests must prepay 100% of the class fee at the time of booking.
